Aarthic is a GST-ready POS, billing, inventory and business management platform for Indian shops. Create invoices, track stock and dues (khata), run reports, and optionally invite your accountant — on mobile apps and the web portal at portal.aarthic.com.
Shop (Aarthic – POS & Billing) is for shop owners and staff — POS checkout, GST invoices, inventory, customers, expenses and reports. Aarthic Accountant is for CAs and bookkeepers who manage client shops — journals, TDS, ledgers, bank statement matching and GSTR-2B. Accountants cannot self-register; a shop owner must invite them.
The mobile apps are free to download. New shops get a 30-day Free trial (once) with limited usage — for example up to 50 sales and 50 products — plus basic reports. For full POS, accounting, WhatsApp marketing and accountant invites, upgrade to Premium (₹499/month) or contact us for Enterprise.
Yes. Create GST-compliant invoices with your shop logo and UPI QR for collection. You can print bills or share them on WhatsApp. Premium and Enterprise also unlock the GST hub, accounting suite and GSTR-2B JSON import for reconciliation.
Yes. Maintain a product catalog with stock and low-stock visibility, record purchases and suppliers, keep customer/supplier directories, track udhar/dues and collect payments against outstanding balances. Guest billing is available for walk-in customers.
Yes. Use the Shop app on Android/iOS or the shop web portal. Accountants use the Accountant app or account.aarthic.com. The same cloud account syncs across devices — sign in once and continue from phone or desktop.
From your Shop account (app or portal), invite your CA/bookkeeper by email. They accept the invitation and get permission-based access to that shop’s books. Premium includes up to 2 accountant seats; Enterprise can include more. Accountants cannot create accounts inside the Accountant app without an invite.
Switch between invited client shops from one login, view sales/purchases/expenses, create journal and TDS entries, run ledgers and reports, upload bank statement CSVs for matching, import GSTR-2B JSON, and leave reconciliation notes for the shop owner.
The apps support 13 languages: English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia, Assamese and Urdu — so shop staff and accountants can work in a language they prefer.
Yes. Share invoices from the Shop app/portal via WhatsApp. Invoices can include your UPI QR for faster collection. WhatsApp marketing features are available on Premium and Enterprise (not on the Free trial).
Premium (₹499/month) unlocks the full shop product — POS, inventory, warehouses, accounting/GST, HRM, WhatsApp and up to 2 accountants — with monthly usage caps.
